We’re thrilled to welcome Christina Myers to 500 Global as our Director and Chief of Staff, Sustainable Growth. Christina brings deep experience in strategic partnerships; scaling impact across education, health, agriculture, climate change and inclusive financial services - guided by a strong commitment to equity and cross-cultural collaboration. Most recently, she served as Interim Deputy Director and Program Officer at the Gates Foundation, where she helped drive transformative initiatives in global education and development. She also led multiple at-scale programs and reforms in Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and Asia, worked for various governments and think-tanks, advised Scholas—Pope Francis’ global education initiative— and co-founded a local leadership and biometrics company.

Having worked across corporate, government, and development sectors, Christina brings a rare ability to bridge perspectives and design solutions that work at scale. Her leadership will be instrumental as 500 Global strengthens partnerships across governments, development finance institutions, and philanthropy, co-creating systemic and sustainable approaches to growth. Based in Abu Dhabi, she joins our Sustainable Growth team at an exciting inflection point—one where global challenges demand new models of collaboration, innovation, and capital mobilization.

Through our Sustainable Growth practice, 500 Global pioneers new and innovative approaches to finance and sustain resilient, sustainable growth by mobilizing capital, fostering effective collaboration and alignment with governments, and designing new financing models to address the world’s most pressing challenges in health, gender, education, climate, and agriculture.
